Will your machines work in my country?
Q.Coin Operated machines: will they work with my country's coins?
A. Yes, we will adapt machines to any Coin on request, with no additional charge. Most of them can be programmed to work
from 1 to 4 coins per play. We recommend to use only 1 coin per play as this does not confuse customers.
Q.Coin Operated machines: will they work with banknotes?
A. we can adjust our machines to work with banknotes (and we have done it) but we discourage it as it will always be a
service nightmare. The reason is that cost per play is low and so you will have to insert low value banknotes that are
always in very bad condition and will jam the acceptor.
Q.Scales: will they work in metric as well as Pounds or Stones and Pounds?
A. Yes, all our scales can work in all systems
Q.Height Meter: will it work in Metric as well as Feet and Inches?
A. Yes, our Height meter works in both systems
Q.Power Supply, will your machines work at any voltage or Frequency?
A. Yes, all our machines can be set to work at 115 Vac or 230 Vac and as they can operate within -15% and +10% of these
voltages, they can work well from 90Vac to 253 Vac.
Frequency is not relevant for our machines as we do not use any AC motor.
50Hz or 60 Hz are both OK.
Q.Shipment: can you ship the everywhere in a safe way?
A. Yes, we specialize in shipping our machines worldwide. We have a special packing machine with which we produce
polyurethane foam, that makes a protective shell around the machine of its peculiar shape.
